r know, haha. I love making this dessert, it’s easy, quick and the ingredients are simple, you can’t go wrong. Preparing this recipe has become sacred on Sundays, I taught it to my youngest daughter and she succeeded on the first try.

How to make small cake flans in glasses!
Ingredients :

Caramel:

¾ cup (150 g) sugar
4 tbsp (40 ml) water
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Flan:

1 egg yolk (keep the white, we’ll use it later)
3 whole eggs
4 tablespoons (60g) sugar
320ml milk

Cake :

1 egg white (the one we reserved)
1 whole egg
2 ½ tablespoons (35 g) sugar
1 heaping tablespoon (30 g) wheat flour

TIP: Use oven-safe glass glasses to make this recipe!
