  • 12 baby bell peppers
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice off the tops of the baby bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from the inside. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
  4. Stuff each baby bell pepper with the bacon and cheese mixture, filling them until they are slightly overflowing.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.
  6. Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley for added freshness and presentation.
